Total Energy Management Handbook.
New Approach to Energy Conservation in Thailand. November 2005. Prepared by Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Energy Conservation Center Thailand, Committee Members for TEM Handbook Preparation and Energy Conservation Center Japan.

The current TEM Handbook is a product of a project initiated by the GAP (Green Aid Plan) policy dialog between Thai government and Japanese government. The project was meant to support and supplement many projects for EC promotion carried out by Thai
government including PEMTC (Practical Energy Management Training Center) project with the help of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
